A local delivery fee of $7.95 to $14.95 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our delivery area, the delivery fee will vary, but the order will always include a $10.00 wire charge order fee.)

We don't guarantee deliveries before 11:00 a.m. If a order requires an early delivery a SPECIAL DELIVERY fee of $15.00 will be added to the normal delivery fee.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays unless arrangements have been made in advance.   Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping - Gift and collectible items will be charged according to the shipping costs, we ship through USPS, which we have found to be the cheapest in shipping, USPS does not provide any insurance.  We will add to shipping Additional insurance accordingly to cover the cost of the item.  Any damages will be the sole responibility of customer to follow for reembursement  through USPS,  a tracking number will be provided by e-mail and the final shipping costs, no exceptions.


We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

If the recipient is not home, we will try to leave the arrangement with a neighbor,If it requires we make a return delivery appropriate charges will be applied.
